  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Can you please share the affected URL so we can check it on our end?

This issue sometimes caused by your plugin or your current theme. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

Yes, here is the URL: https://broussardsdelta.com/

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

I’ve tried checking your site, and it seems that issue is not coming from Rank Math. Have you tried following the conflict test suggested above?

If the issue persists, we can also take a closer look at your website. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Reinelle, I have tried the Health Check troubleshooter, but the problem with that, I think, is that it disables plugins for me, but not on the public side. So when I re-submit the site to Search Console for inspection, it is still seeing the version of the site that has plugins enabled. So I’m not sure what to do next and would appreciate anything you can do or suggest.

Also, I have made you an admin and provided login credentials as requested.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked your site and figured out that the issue was being caused by the code added in your footer widget:

I have removed the code as this info is already being added by Rank Math in the Local Business schema. So you don’t need to add it again. Now your page is eligible for rich results:

Please check and confirm. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
