Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).

yes i did all these, the issue was almost solved but my search console sitemap discovered link only 1150 are showing, previous it was more than 100000

Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area and deleted the website’s cache. Further, I tested the sitemaps in the Sitemap Validator tool and the issue is fixed. The sitemap is validating properly.
I also accessed the sitemap as Googlebot and there were no issues found. The sitemaps are also excluded from caching.
You can have a look at the screenshots in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml) (please ensure to replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
