Pagination option not excluding URL’s from Google

    Hi,

    I’ve been using RankMath for a while and can say it is a great plugin. The only thing i’m struggling with is getting paginated Woocommerce pages out of Google (noindex). Weeks ago i’ve set the settings of paginated pages and archive pages to ‘on’ but till today there are some categories in Google that show paginated pages (have a look at my screenshot).

    When i use a chrome SEO extension it does say the paginated page has a ‘noindex’ tag, but i have no clue why it still getting indexed.

    Hopefully you have the answer for me.

    Please check when the Google cache was updated for that page:

    If the cache date is from before adding the noindex tag, then you just need to wait for Google to update this. You should also consider requesting URL removal on your GSC to speed up the removal of those URLs from Google SERPs.

    Please note that Rank math can only add the noindex robots eta. Search Engine Bots are known to sometimes ignore this meta especially if the pages are generating traffic
