pages titles don´t catch the default general config once are edited

The Single Product Title option in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products only sets the default product title. This will not affect your products that you have already modified the title individually.

Yes, Rank Math PRO has an option to bulk edit your meta title and description of your pages. Here’s a link for your reference:
