The “Article” schema is the basic schema you can show to the search engine and it works well with regular pages so we made it your default schema. You can retain the article schema if you are not sure.

The Blog Post can be used for the posts that you publish on your blog. The news article Schema should only be used for the articles that cover the latest news.
