I am also having issues with Rank Math & Elementor. The update button in Elementor paages does not become active after editing elements in the SEO panel.

yes I have just that problem. By modifying the SEO parameters, the update button is disabled and I cannot update the changes.

I have found that if I make a change on the EL Page, then the green becomes activated.
So duplicate a widget, and then delete it.
Then go to the SEO and do your stuff.
The Update button will be green for you.
