    Hi there,

Thank you for very much for making such an awesome plugin! I have used it across a few sites now, and it has worked very well thus far.

I have a minor issue which I am hoping to resolve. I have just set up a new website https://www.farmhouse58.co
One issue I have noticed is that the many of the pages and child pages have the Homepage title appended to them in the search engine listings?
You can see this by running site:farmhouse58.co on google.

All of these pages are set to the standard Rank Math title format %title% %sep% %sitename%, and the Homepage has the same setting.
Is there an obvious setting that I have missed here?

    All the best,
    Rob

    Hi there,

Thank you very much for getting back to me.
The Single Post title format is: %title% %sep% %sitename%

I don’t recall changing any of the Rank Math settings, so everything should be default.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

I searched your website and I was able to replicate the homepage title getting appended in the titles of some other pages.

You can follow this tutorial guide to double-check the Meta settings:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/

I suggest you clear your website’s cache and wait for Google to re-crawl your website and see if the titles are updated.

Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something that matches the search intent better.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
