Page title adding duplicate %sitename% to end of string

    Hey there, just installed Rank Math on sacramentodiscgolf.com for the first time, and getting the setup completed. Ran the site audit, found an odd issue. The page title is displaying wrong on all pages, appending a second instance of the site name to the end of the title string.

    I have the Homepage Title set as: %sitename% %page% %sep% %sitedesc%

    Checked the source code, shows:
    <title>Sacramento Disc Golf - Disc golf news for the Sacramento areaSacramento Disc Golf</title>

    I’ve tried changing the Homepage Title, nothing affects this. I’ve gone into the WordPress General Settings and stripped out the title from there, and it removed both instances of the title from the page title.

    I can’t quite locate what may be causing this issue, is there anything else I might be missing?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math.

    Considering that you have added %sitedesc% in your title, perhaps you can check the site’s description inside of WP > Settings > General or remove that part.

    If that doesn’t work leave us your WP admin access in sensitive data field.

    Hi LouAllen,

    Thanks for the follow up and sorry for the huge delay.

    I have just logged in and noted that your theme does not support title-tag but this can be fixed by enabling the option to rewrite titles through Rank Math > Titles and Meta > Global Meta > Rewrite titles.
    I have gone ahead and enabled this option for you and this should fix the double site name on the title.
