page-sitemap.xml throws 404 error

    Hi, i do all the steps in link bellow Fix Sitemap issues, i can enter sitemap_index.xml there was an subpage page-sitemap.xml but when i click that link it throws error 404 i try it even in troubleshoot mode, please help me fix my issue, best regards.
