    I know I can set what type of schema I want my pages to be in the RankMath options.

    What I want to know is if I can manually set different schema types for different pages.

    For example all pages are set to “article”

    I want to make other pages and set them to “person” or “review” – I want to be able to adjust one page to have a different schema.

    I’m a bit frustrated here. I understand you are a business and it’s for profit. so that is fine and I had a plan but I decided to take it away.

    why would I pay you for a sub when I did a better job at setting up a person schema with AI and no coding skills in a day… in a child theme. with php for all authors and its dynamic?

    the benefit of Rank Math is for SEO… if I’m not mistaken………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

    Schema markup is integral to that……. or am I mistaken again…………

    So your free version offers absolutely no benefits for SEO in this regard?

    Or must I go through every free schema markup Rank Math has and show you how a person with no coding skills can do it better than you????

    why would I ever consider other features and benefits if you can’t even do what you say you can do……????????????

    let me further elaborate

    If someone with no knowledge of SEO goes and installs your free version.

    The impact could actually be detrimental because by default your app sets schemas for specific post types that can’t be changed…. AND THAT ARE POSSIBLY NOT RELATED TO THE CONTENT

    SO ACTUALLY YOU REMOVE THE BENEFIT OF SEO….. because content is marked as something its not

    What do you have to say to that?

    EXPLAIN THAT TO ME?

    Rank Math actually removes SEO unless you pay for the full version..

    ONLY THEN CAN YOU ACTUALLY SET THE SCHEMA MARKUPS CORRECTLY… and if I have to pay and take a look at what you have for the paid version AGAIN I might just die from laughter.

    Average folk don’t know this…

    How dare Rank Math actually do that

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    Please ignore the last reply. It wasn’t from our support team but from a Rank Math user. You can remove the default Schema from the page and use a different Schema type directly in the Schema tab of the meta box. Here is a guide to help you with it: https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#add-schema-posts-pages

    Our plugin isn’t adding any Schema type on the https://forex-stock-predictions.com/education/trading-psychology-101/ page. You must have removed the default Schema. The hentry Schema type is added by WordPress.

    We provide setup tutorial to all the users so they can learn how to use the plugin. The default Schema type is Article, as it can be used for almost every content type. However, if you want a specific Schema type, you have the option to remove it and use a different one available in the default Schema list. In the PRO version, you can also use custom Schemas.

    Our Free plugin offers more options than any other SEO plugin. Many users can easily manage their on-page SEO with the free version. If you want an advanced setup, only then you need to upgrade to PRO. Even if you discontinue your PRO subscription, the settings you made using the PRO will still be applied to the site.

    these are default options you can select – “book” (and Rank Math has many options like this). However, you obviously have to fill in the details. Normal ppl, don’t know this… I did not know this… I just went with the default options because I assumed Rank Math would dynamically pull the content that I put into the page. This is not an opinion that is far fetched? what do normal ppl do who are trying to do this… pay for your product.. and then hire a dev?

    That actually harmed our site.. and I could not figure out what to do..

    Tell me this… how many videos and links, and articles must I read to try and decipher what to do with the app, why is this not along with a handful of other ‘critical’ elements not the first things you deal with in the app? why not? 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!!

    TEST – I changed the schema to the Rank Math one and also implemented mine. you can compare them… yours is at the top and mine is at the bottom… granted I can add a few things… but it took me 1 day… 1 day with no convoluted bull that does everything and more than what your person schema does…

    yours is at the top of the one image… explain to me how that is what Google is looking for?

    don’t you think a person schema should have what I have? or is that locked behind the paywall.. oh yes it is.. I sent a screenshot of that… AND EVEN THEN WHEN PPL PAY THEY GOTTA JUST TRY AND FIGURE IT OUT.. you don’t give it to them straight.

    So again. SUBPAR any which way you want to spin it…

    I had to figure this out and redesign our entire website..

    And from where I am sitting there is still no reason to uninstall your app and do this myself.. with better results… and what about the 2 years I wasted on this????? what about that…

    the funniest thing is – it literally says at the bottom of the schema “Default rich snippet selected”

    and there is nothing default about it… it should say BLANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    and why would you have physical address as part of a person schema, if you have shit like doxing and the only thing ppl need to do is do a schema page lookup to find out where ppl live… why in the name of logic and reasoning would you have that in there?

    did half your employees work at Twitter? genuine question… seems like nobody knows what is going on….

    It seems like you’re dealing with some frustrating labeling in a schema. If it’s claiming to be “default” when it’s actually quite the opposite, that’s definitely not helpful! Perhaps a more accurate label like “Blank” would better reflect the reality. Hopefully, this discrepancy gets sorted out soon to avoid any more confusion and frustration.
