    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Not only this but all the posts are showing the same that “Page not eligible for rich results known by this test”

I’ve tried the Schema plugin & Yoast SEO Plugin on my other test site. There it is showing page is eligible for rich results but on the same site when I am using rank math schema it is showing me this.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I cannot reproduce any errors on the the structured data testing tool here https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ as shown below:

Could you please clear your cache and test again?

I am not talking about errors in the Structured data testing tool.

    Have a look at https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

it will show you the same that “Page not eligible for rich results known by this test” but when using Yoast or Schema it is showing me page is eligible for rich results.

    Hello,

Can you please temporarily switch to any other plugin and see if the result changes?

We would love to see a screenshot so we can share the same with the dev. team.

    Thank you.

Hey Todd, I’ve installed Yoast on my test website to show you the difference.

Here’s the link of the issue I am talking about https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yxXetNHzwLL2teKVw2K8waP9Cam3jEOI/view?usp=sharing

Check the difference between the rich results when using Yoast & when using Rank Math.

    Hi Rohit,

You are getting a “this page is eligible” when using Yoast because Yoast is adding breadcrumbs to your pages and Rank Math doesn’t do that automatically. You can add breadcrumbs from Rank Math by pasting the code in your theme’s single.php and page.php files:
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs.

It is worth noting here that Google is saying you are eligible only for Breadcrumbs schema. So, adding the Breadcrumbs from Rank Math will fix this issue.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Okk thanks. Can I use different schema plugin and turn off the rank math schema??

And also I’d like to confirm that I’ve a multi author blog so do I need to select it as personal blog or community blog??

And can we expect Rank Math to start adding breadcrumb schema without adding additional codes to single.php and pages.php?

Can we expect this feature with the next update??

    Hi Rohit,

    Thanks for the question.

Can I use different schema plugin and turn off the rank math schema??
Yes you can head over to Rank Math > Dashboard and disable the rich snippet module.

And also I’d like to confirm that I’ve a multi author blog so do I need to select it as personal blog or community blog??
You can still use personal blog in this case.

And can we expect Rank Math to start adding breadcrumb schema without adding additional codes to single.php and pages.php?
I have submitted this to our dev team and we will get back to you shortly.

    Thank you.
