You don’t need to do anything, it is just a message from Google to remember you that URL is set as no-index. If you intentionally wanted it as no-index (as you do), Google will deindex them and you won’t have to worry about them.

Hi everyone. i have the same issue with an ecommerce. I have around 10 sites but the only errors appears me with RankMath plugin site.
This is the error: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Are you getting this on your sitemap URL? If so, please note it is normal to have noindex tag on sitemaps. It is done on purpose so your sitemaps do not end up in the index.
Please submit your sitemap to Google following this tutorial:
https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/183668?hl=en
Make sure that you only submit the sitemap_index.xml file.
If this is happening with other URLs, please check and make sure you have not set them to noindex in Rank math > Titles & Meta.

The issue is on 16 page.. the sitemap is ok. I checked all the sites but is set “index”
the only ok is the checkout page, my account.. and this is ok.
