    The loom video you shared leads to a 404. Could you please reshare the same.

    Also, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), please check for a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Hi,
    sorry, the video did not work. All plugins and up to date.
    I’ve added an image of the problem.
    I find if you hide ‘author’ within the blog post settings the problem goes away.
    The issue with that solution is the schema attached to author details is no longer available on your website.
