As the title says, the products are pulling the %page% data. I can’t see how to get rid other than editing over 1000 items individually. Product 1 TitleProduct 1 SnippetProduct 2 TitleProduct 2 snippet

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Just to be sure, if you have that %page% in all your products and you didn’t add it, could you try to edit the global Product title (as I show you in this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/X6zdjY) to see if that fixes your issue?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to me.

I’ve checked the settings in the screen grab and neither are responsible for that. It’s not happening on all products, I have found some that don’t have %page% attributed to them.
    cheers
    Dave

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

That’s quite unexpected, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi David,

    Thank you for your patience.

It looks like you imported these from Yoast.

The same can be confirmed by enabling Yoast temporarily:

AS you can see, we imported what you had set up when you were using Yoast.

You can fix this by either of the 3 options below:
    1. By fixing it before importing into Rank Math
    2. Not importing any SEO details from Yoast in the first place
    3. By changing the title of each product with this issue manually.

Since the title has been changed on an individual level, they will get a priority over the global settings. So, there is no alternative but to change them individually.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
