My optimization score has 12 no data and I dont know why
I have 35 pages (no posts), one woocommerce product.
2 pages are good, makes sense
13 pages that are fair, but the analysis says 14 – why?
8 pages that are no index, but the analysis says 12 no data – why?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button and see if that works for you. Depending on the number of posts/pages on your website this process can take a few minutes to an hour to complete.

    Rebuild Index

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Thanks, I already did rebuild the Index several times and it did not solve the issue. What is the next step? Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Please also share the login URL of your website in the sensitive data section so we can investigate this issue further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We’ve rebuilt the index on your website and we can see Rank Math is showing correct data on Overall optimization.

Currently, you’ve 2 pages with the Good Score, 13 pages, and 1 product with the Fair Score.

Regarding the “No Data” count, we can see you’ve total 12 pages that don’t have any keyword set and that’s why they don’t have any SEO score. You can check them all by using the “Focus Keyword Not Set” on the page list:

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

Thanks, yes I did find them the way you describe. But I don’t want to index them, they should not be found. Is there a way to exclude them from SEO? Also from the RankMath Analyzer so that they don’t show up anymore under “no data”. Or what is the best practice with pages that do not need to be listed on SEO (for instance Thank you page after you have signed up for a newsletter, or reset passwort page, or privacy policy page and so on) Thanks

    Hello,

You can simply set those pages noindex from the Rank Math SEO Meta box Advance tab: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-tab/

Once done, please click on the Rebuild Index button again from Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, and after that, the pages will not appear on the Overall Optimization and Google will also not index them on SERPs.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Thanks – that helped
Now my Score is 72 – would you say that is okay? Good enough?

    Hello,

Rank Math considers a Good score when your posts/pages have an SEO Score of 81 to 100.

However, please note that the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect the actual SEO performance of your site. If you feel any of them don’t apply to your page you can safely ignore them.

But if you want to achieve 100/100 SEO score then you can follow this guideline: https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
