Other Ticket About Plugin Failure Creating Critical Error is gone

  • I have twice submit tickets about help with the plugin causing a critical error on our site. The tickets are not showing up in the user account or on the website support section.

    The site is https://denverautorepairmechanics.com and we have seen a critical error caused by the Rank Math plugin that is only resolved currently by disabling the plugin on the website.

    Please assist with this problem, thank you.

    Could you also share some FTP login details so we can check the logs plus manually disable the plugin if we get the critical issue meanwhile testing?

    I don’t see any error on your site after activating the Rank Math plugin. Can you please give us the steps to reproduce this issue?

    The site no longer crashes when enabling the Rank Math plugin. Not sure what changed, but however it’s now working, thanks!
