  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

For initial troubleshooting, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Rank Math on your site:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

Then, edit your product and ensure that the Title is already set in the Social Tab

    og

And you have set the default title in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Single Product Title.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

I am not sure if you gone through the issue entirely. From the screenshot, as you could see its the org:title which is missing? So, if you are asking me to update on social tab, then does that mean that org:title besides everything else comes from ‘Social’? Coz, i thought it was other way round, where all the details entered on woocommerce product should populate social.

I am on the most recent version, unless this is the bug which you fixed in some other version.

Please see the screenshot for social tab:

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

We’re unable to replicate the missing og:title on our test install with the latest version of Rank Math.

In this case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugin/theme on your site.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Let us know how this goes.

How does Rank Math pulls out og:title? Is there a way to manually push this in?

    Hello,

Rank Math should be able to generate the og:title base from your screenshot.

By default, our plugin takes the SEO title data and uses it as the value for og:title, in your case, it isn’t happening.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I have add the requested credentials. Please check and let me know if you have any questions.

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to access the settings including Rank Math’s settings page in the admin.

Can you please elevate our access to admin level so we can check the issue further?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Done, please check

    Hello,

We’ve checked your website and found that you were using the %term% variable for Single Product Title in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products. Please note that the %term% variable is for taxonomy archive pages and that’s why the issue was occurring.

However, we’ve set the %title% variable for Single Product Title and now the og:title is working properly for all of your products.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Thank you, this works.
