For the sitemap, please follow these steps to make sure that it’s being loaded correctly and without any cache:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

However, after further investigation, I noticed that your homepage sometimes shows downtime when loaded randomly. Please refer to my screenshots here:

It could be that the search engines or the crawlers are seeing the same sometimes.
