    Hi guys,

    I hope you’re all very well! I’m wondering if you can help.

    We’re unable to save a OpenGraph Thumbnail image on our site. My partner has recorded a video to better show you the issue we’re facing with. Please could you let me know if you have any ideas on how to solve this?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Please try saving the settings when Rank Math and a default theme are only activated during troubleshooting mode.

    If the issue still persists, please check your PHP values to rule out if there’s a timeout issue. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following PHP values (if not yet):

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    Thanks so much for getting back!

    In the meantime I realised that a line of other things are not working either – meaning not able to save other settings either.

    Thanks for the above guidance. All our plugins and the theme are all up to date. I will take a look and try to figure out what must cause the conflict, and get back to you in case the issue persist.
