Please note that the functionality that you mention work for the content inside the post_content in the database for each post and page.
However, the Oxygen Builder doesn’t use that method to save its data so the functions won’t run on those pages and thus not producing the expected results.
Our Content Analysis API is already integrated into that page builder but some of our functionality won’t work because of the limitations we have explained.

Because of the limitations that we mentioned before we’re not sure this is something that can be implemented properly but we are going to add this to our internal list of suggestions and we’ll update the change if this is added to the plugin.
