    Open External Links in New Tab/Window not working

    Go to “General Settings” / “Links” and “Open External Links in New Tab/Window” is ON but still, External Links open in the same window. Please fix this as soon as possible.

    Rank Math SEO Version 1.0.46 is installed and also removed cache from server and Cloudflare both.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    I installed the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin and check everything but the problem remains the same.
    This problem I am seeing in the last two versions of Rank Math SEO because before two versions it was working well.
    Yet don’t have much time to investigate the issue so I have installed “External Links – Nofollow, no opener & new window” Plugin and works very well.
