I believe that you have already performed some keyword research and you have some keywords that you would like each tool to rank for. Rank Math page analysis tool will come in handy in giving you some tips on how you can optimize the content on the page for the particular keyword.
In short you should think of the page as a normal page even though it contains a script that registers the tool.

I recommend you to search on Google for similar online tools and check which rich snippets they use, since they will have done a research to find the best rich snippets for a website like that.
But I would say it is a good idea to add the Star rating rich snippet and maybe also the price info from the Product Schema.
