Old data showing during analysis

    I am using Rank Math with Divi and I have an issues when doing SEO Analysis that I hope you can help with.

    It is showing an old image from when I had a coming soon page under the mobile snap shot so I’m not sure why it would be showing that, I have refreshed and hit the analyse button several times but still the same, any ideas? Does Rank Math pick up on everything when using a builder like Divi, I know yoast couldn’t, for example can Rank Math see my alt tags if I am using Divi? I hope that makes sense.

    I’m not sure what I am supposed to put in here but it looks like it won’t let me lodge this ticket unless I do. This is a rather confusing way of logging support tickets.

    Hi Holly,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    We use a 3rd party service to generate those screenshots in the SEO Analysis.

    That 3rd party service has its own cache and they flush it once a week or so.

    You have to wait for their cache to flush.
