Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
thanks for your answer.
I am not very comfortable with the idea of giving you access to my site. You ask me to make a backup, so you will run test in the website, while Internet users are browsing it ? Who is doing that in software development ? 🙂
Recently, I searched for information about this bug and I found several topics where people had the same problem as me.
I think you need to fix the problem internally and not by using the sites of the users who installed your plugin.
I just published a new article and it contains the tags og:image, etc. This is really weird. Here is the article:

Thanks for your understanding
Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience, and we understand your point.
Upon looking at your posts, it seems that you’re using the featured image option to be shown in the og:image
meta tag.
Here are the featured images of those posts that are not showing the tag:
https://i0.wp.com/www.imerod.fr/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/test_game-type-dx_article-scaled.jpg
https://i0.wp.com/www.imerod.fr/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/test_journey-of-the-broken-circle_article-scaled.jpg
If you’ll notice, their resolution (2560px x 1440
) is greater than our recommended og:image resolution (1200px x 630px) which we mentioned here:
https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-image-not-displaying/#num-4-2-image-dimensions-image-format
Please try rescaling them down to the recommended resolution and clearing the page cache. Once done, check again if the og:image meta tags are already showing.
If you don’t want to modify your featured image for those posts, you can also upload the rescaled images manually in this setting:
https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-box-social-tab/#facebook-options
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
with rescaling, it is working. But what is the limit ? Because some blogposts works perfectly fine with following resolutions : 1200 × 675, 1438 × 810, 1920 × 1080
and not 1200 x 630.
Hello,
As long as the image doesn’t exceed 1MB in size, you can make use of your image to a resolution of 1920×1080, there is a chance that social media will still make use of it.
You may refer to this article discussing about the standard size of OG.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
thanks i understand now. It works perfectly fine.
Thanks for your help
