    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked the image you shared and the size of the image is way too heavy for Facebook. Although it is not specifically mentioned on the Facebook Sharing Debugger.

    Please reduce the file size of the image and re-upload it on your website. Also, ensure that your images are using the recommended image size as Social media will prioritize it. Recommended image size is 1200 x 630 pixels.
