Greetings,
After receiving the email offering 750 free monthly credits on my Free Rank Math Account, I tried to refresh the free credits but it is not loading them.
The steps I did are:
.I enabled Beta Mode
.Upgraded the plugin
.Disconnected the domain
.Reconnected it
.Refreshed the credits under General Settings / Content AI
.The 750 credits are not loading within the account.Last year, I didn’t renew my credits on the renewing billing cycle because I lost the ones I had purchase. Since then I keep getting forwarded to the notice to buy credits.
Can it be because of that status that the credits are not refreshing?
Would you please, verify the issue.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
