Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the Astra theme (please update if not yet), could you please also record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Could you also provide which browser are you using on your mobile phone? Also, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), have you also conducted a conflict test with one of the plugins or the theme you are using?

I was able to look into the issue on your site. It is happening on your site because of the Gutenberg plugin. Rank math shows up on mobile perfectly when using the default WordPress editor. The Gutenberg plugin seems to rearrange the interface pushing Rank math to the options panel.
You would need to disable this plugin or get in touch with the plugin dev team to modify this behavior.
