Not saving Seo input

After checking it, it seems you get the following errors when trying to save:

api-fetch.min.js:2 POST https://website.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403
post.php:1 Uncaught (in promise) {code: "invalid_json", message: "The response is not a valid JSON response."}

Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking the access to the WordPress API REST.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be one of the plugins you are using.

If you don’t find the issue with that, I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Please let us know if you find the culprit, if none we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please create a new ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
