Not Saving / Conflict with Divi Theme

    I am not able to save any Rank Math values on a particular site. The site is on Divi v4.10.7 and WP v5.8.1 hosted on WPEngine. When I click update, Divi shows a ‘cannot save, retry message’ and the changes are then lost and not saved.

    I have seen other posts on your support forum of a similar nature where you recommend installing the Health Check Plugin. I have done this and even with all plugins except Rank Math the issue remains. I also tried enabling all the plugins except Rank Math and immediately the saving error disappeared.

    Therefore, my conclusion is that on the problem seems to be a conflict between Rank Math and the Divi Theme. I have Rank Math and the Divi Theme installed on other sites and do not have this problem, only here.

    Any help/support you can give me to rectify the problem would be much appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    We are already aware of the issue and working on a fix for this. The error shows up when you try to update the page in Firefox but it works fine on Chrome. We will inform you once we release a fix for this issue. Please use Chrome to save the changes until then.

    Thanks for the very quick reply. Just tried Chrome and can confirm that the ‘cannot save, retry’ message does not appear with this browser, but still no changes are saved. As soon as the editing page is refreshed, they are all gone.
