Hello. This is username: JeffMcLain. I signed up for a full year. I have 4500 credits for AI on my word press site but it is blurry and I can’t do any research. I tried everything on the list you sent. I didn’t appear to have the options that show on the help screens. But I believe I was able to try most of it. This same sort of thing happened to me last month too. Can you please help?

The issue was with a minor bug introduced in the last update of the plugin. We were aware of it and have now released a hotfix to resolve the issue.
Your plugin is set to auto-update so you have already received the hotfix and as you can see the issue is no longer occurring on that post or on any other posts.
