Not receiving password reset

  • Hi Team, I’m trying to reset my account password but never receiving the reset email, account is in the sensitive data section.

    They are all disabled, it never reaches my smtp server verified by connection logs, can you cross compare to your own environment, I can include this log in sensitive information if you’d like.

    It seems like your server is blocking the emails from ours:
    null

    We have resent the welcome email and the password reset email.

    If you would like us to reset it for you, please email us from your registered email ID on @rankmath.com">support@rankmath.com

    We really look forward to helping you.

    We’re not blocking anything, I manage all this, that being said when you resent that those emails came through successfully, you can close this request now.
