Not picking up web pages

  • I have installed RankMatch and when completing the Local SEO details the App is not picking up the pages of the website to select as the About or Contact page options

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please ensure you use the exact titles you have used for your contact and about pages to search in the dropdown.

    If the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I don’t think that the issue is to do with a plugin as this was working correctly and then stopped, with no new plugins being added to the site.

    The issue is also specific to a single page, but on all the other site pages the RankMath App is displaying correctly.

    Hello Gleave,

    I only typed contact and was able to select the contact page for your SEO Settings. I saved this, please check the your settings. I couldn’t find the about us page listed in your pages and therefore I couldn’t add any. Please note you need to type and select the title of the page you need to use for your contact/about us settings for it to show up then save these settings.
