Not letting me upload my Custom Code

    Hello, I’m working on a customers site who has rank math pro. When I try to import custom code in the schema generator and press “process code” is doesn’t load anything. What would be the reason for this? my code shows up perfect in https://validator.schema.org/ so i know that’s not the issue. I’ve used this feature fine in the past.

    I have done all that. As mentioned this words fine on other sites that are the exact some builder etc
