Can you please open the following link if you are using a single site setup of WordPress?
yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-registration
and for multi-site:
yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=rank-math
If that doesn’t help, please disable the plugin and reactivate it again. You would notice this icon:

Clicking that should open the setup wizard of the plugin and you would be able to continue the setup process.
