Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Currently Rank Math only checks the alt tags on images that have been added via the post editor and the test will fail if the images have been added by a third party page builder.
Is the case on your site?

In this use case Rank Math is unable to detect the alt tags but this will not affect your SEO. We are working towards a tightly knit integration with page builders such as Fusion Builder that will resolve this error but we do not have a timeline on when this will be shipped.
At this moment, I can recommend that you ignore this test since you have manually configured the alt tags on the images.
