Not counting for “stop words?”

Hi. When I find a keyword I want to use via SEMRUSh but doesn’t make sense to use as-is (eg holidays Scotland but I want to rank for this, so I put holidays Scotland as a focus keyword, and then add a stop word eg holidays in Scotland your software doesn’t count this? Hope it makes sense.
