Not connecting to my google account - Support

I have tried going through the set up wizard multiple times and Rank Math will not link to my google. I have tried to reconnect, etc. One Rank Math support rep said “Also, please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www). I don’t know where/how to try this. Can you advise how to do this to see if that will help me connect to Google. Also, there is not prompt to do it manually or a test prompt.

Please follow this guide to learn how to verify your website with Google Search Console. Please make sure to select the URL-prefix property and enter your full URL, i.e. https://rankmath.com OR https://www.rankmath.com depending on which you’re using.
