Are you inserting the image into the post/page?
If so, the image should be included in the sitemap.
If you are using a page builder, that might explain why some images might not be included in the sitemap because not all page builders make their content available for Rank Math to read.
Could you please let us know if you are using a page builder and if so, which one?
is it turn on media Include in Sitemap?
It is not recommended to create a sitemap for media attachments
should i keep Redirect Attachments setting ON?

My site is classified ad, Basically is registered user (subscriber) inserting the image into the post/page, only their image wouldn’t included in the sitemap.
for me ( admin ) yes my uploaded image (edit page blog post) included in the sitemap.

Here is my theme developer reply to me:
I have not used the plugin so I don’t know how it works.
I installed it and saw this part in the sitemap section: “Include reference to images from the post content in sitemaps. This helps search engines index the important images on your pages.”
What I understand from that is that the plugin is only searching for the images in the post content. The ad post content has no images in it. It’s just text.
The plugin needs to search for images attached to the post. Doesn’t matter if they are used in the post or not.

Unfortunately Rank math is able to read images added through the post content currently. Allow me to consult with the dev team if it is possible to read images added in the front end in a situation such as yours.

I have another question need to ask about 404 monitor:
i already read the document, still not really know how to choose the option:

basically most 404 error is The page or file is deleted.
( delete by front end registered member )
1.Fix the source of the problem
2.Redirect the problematic URL
3.Ignore the problem
just want to know which option i need to use for mysite?
is it ignore them? because those post/image already delete or redirect to 301?
and only few page is change page url.

You can safely ignore those 404s since they are most likely caused by bots. Real users may not be seeing those and hence you can ignore them.
