You can install the free version directly from your WordPress Dashboard. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and search for Rank Math and click on Install and once installed activate the plugin.
If you want to install using the zip file then navigate to Plugins > Add New > click on Upload Plugin then choose file and select the zip file that you have downloaded and install & activate it.
