Not able to install the Rankmath plugin

    Rank Math business

    I downloaded and activated the Rankmath plugin. When I click on setup wizard, I am redirected to connect your account page. When I click on connect your account, it just reloads the page and does nothing. Also, the skip button is not working and thus I am not able to use the Rankmath plugin.

    It’s quite strange and has already wasted my 1 hour just to activate the plugin properly. Could you please help?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The POST request is not working on your site and it could be due to some error. Can you please add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug the issue by enabling WP_DEBUG?

    Hello,

    It doesn’t look like you’ve given us complete access to your site. After logging it through FTP, I only see 1 file .ftpquota. Can you please check and remove the restrictions?
