    Rank Math free

    Hi Team,

I am using Free version of Rank Math Plugin in one of the sites. Earlier I was using Yoast SEO Premium version. So, trying to import data in Rank Math from Rank Math Tools, but not able to import data completely. It shows that Data Import is completed but that is not imported successfully.

Can you please let us know how can we import it.

    Regards,
    Suresh

  • Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with importing data from Yoast to Rank Math. We understand the importance of a smooth transition, and we’re here to help.

To import data from Yoast SEO to Rank Math, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins.

    2. Click on the Start Import button and wait for the importing process to complete.

    3. Once the importing process shows as 100% completed, click the Continue button to proceed.

If you’ve followed these steps and are still facing issues with the import, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math and that there are no conflicts with other plugins on your website.

If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

    Hello,

Please share the data that are not getting imported or the URL where we can check the issue.

Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Team,

Can you please try new credential, I have shared in sensitive data.

    Hello,

We have successfully imported your Yoast setup to Rank Math by unchecking the Calculate SEO Score option in the Import/Export tab.

    [23:10:42] Import finished.

There’s an issue with the Calculate SEO Scores option upon importing the Yoast data which might hinder the process.

However, if you want to recalculate the scores, then you can follow the steps in this link later on:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recalculate-seo-score-for-posts

Please also check if the data are already imported.

    Hope that helps.

All data is not imported like keywords, Title, Description, redirections etc. Some part of data is imported but not complete data. For example – There 53k redirection in Yoast but 35K was imported.

    Hello,

I enabled Yoast to check if the redirections are missing, but there are no redirections in Yoast’s Redirects module. Please confirm if you have cleared Yoast’s data from your database. Also, our plugin merges the redirections in a single rule that has the same destination URLs and that could also be the reason that you are seeing fewer redirect rules than you had in Yoast.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Last time your team has cleared data after importing. So redirection are not there in Yoast. No pblm leave it.

This is new branch and here sitemap is not loading, giving white page.

    Hello,

Apologize for the inconvenience you may have faced due to this. We’ve checked your site again and we can see you have almost 170,000 posts and you’ve set the Links per sitemap to only 20.

Please note that in order to create a sitemap for this huge number of posts, you’ll need high server resources. In this case, we suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP values of your site and see if that works for you.

If the issue still persists, you can try to add the following Ngnix rewrite rules on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/sitemap-404-error/#num-3-2-1-add-rewrite-rules-to-nginx-server

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Same number of posts are there but all things are working fine.
