I don’t have the plugin to show you how to do it on Rank Math but you will see it is really easy with Rank Math.
I have recorded a screencast showing you how to do it, just instead looking for a section called Custom (like in my case), look for the types added by Thrive that you want to no-index: https://i.rankmath.com/aXJiiI
