Noindex pages and GSC sitemap problem - Support

Hi Rank Math,
GSC has given me error and warnings for having pages with noindex. Has followed all good advice on this support forum (sat page to no index, refreshed url in settings, deleted and resubmitted sitemap index to GSC). GSC still give me error and warning.

In the sitemap created by Math Rank all is well and the Woo Commerce pages are not listed. But in GSC these pages are still listed (and give me message problem).

Kindly advice.

FYI1: Is for the Woo Commerce pages:
https://www.kursiseo.no/kassen/ (GSC problem)
https://www.kursiseo.no/handlekurv/ (GSC problem)

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Those pages should not be indexed in the search engines, and Since those pages are irreverent to the search engine, I Would suggest you not index them. However, if you wish to index those URLs, You can simply add the index parameter from the edit post page. You can see the screenshot I have shared inside the sensitive data section for your reference.

Thanks for quick replay and advice.

Pages are already marked with Robots Meta Tag as noindex (WordPress & RankMath).
Any other idea?

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

I have just noticed that the pages you have linked above are the Woocommerce checkout pages and the cart page. The use is normally WC endpoints and by default, they are set to noindex.

Just noticed that the pages are not on your sitemap as well. Could you please make sure that you re-submit your sitemap to your GSC so that it does not detect them again?

Yes, you are correct. These are Woo Commerce pages. I have for the second time today (including 1 second ago) deleted and added my sitemap in Google Search Console. It is still including the two nonindex Woo Commerce pages.

Hello,

Thank you for the update.

Could you please confirm if you’re submitting your main sitemap only https://www.kursiseo.no/sitemap_index.xml? Since they are already not included in your sitemap, they should not be appearing in your Google Search Console account.

I would suggest giving it some time for Google to recrawl your resubmitted sitemap and recrawl your whole site.
