However, please check the source code of the URL that is marked as noindex
in a browser to confirm (in Chrome you can do this with a right-click and then click on “View Page Source”, or select “View” in the top menu bar, then “Developer” > “View Source”)

Please also check your settings at WordPress > Settings > Reading and make sure the “Discourage search engines…” option is unchecked.
Lastly, when the WooCommerce module is enabled in the Rank Math dashboard, Rank math automatically adds the noindex
to the robots meta of the pages myaccount, checkout, and cart. Please check if that category page has integration from those pages as that might be the cause.

Upon checking the source of the page, I was able to find a No Index tag applied. Please see the screenshot available in the Sensitive data section of this ticket.
As you’ve followed the troubleshooting article and the issue is still there, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I logged into your website’s admin area and I found a No Index tag applied on the category from the Advanced tab of the SEO Meta box. So, I went ahead and set the category to Index and the same was reflected on the page’s source.

Upon inspecting your website I noticed that no products were being attached with this category and by default all the empty categories will have the noindex
tag applied automatically.
I re-attached the products to the category and it now shows as index
correctly.
