Noindex On One Product Category Not Resolved

    Hi, I have noindex on one product category. I have raised a ticket before but had no response.

    I have checked the meta titles section and on the actual category page settings. I have cleared the cache as in one of the support articles also there is nothing in robots.txt help please.

    I have since disabled all plugins apart from woocommerce and rankmath and its still there. If you watch the page load in chrome with “link redirect trace” extension its ok as loading then flips on.

    Hello,

    Assuming you checked the settings for that product in the advanced tab of Rank Math Meta box and checked the global settings for products in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products – please disable Rank Math temporarily so we can ascertain that’s where the problem is coming from.

    If disabling Rank Math removes the noindex, we need to check further. Do share your WP logins in the sensitive data section so we can check.

    Ok I disabled Rankmath and cleared cache and then its ok.

    I am so sorry but can you please re-add the logins but this time in the sensitive data section by editing your first post?

    We were trying to move your logins to the sensitive section but lost them during cut/paste. We are so sorry.

    Please re-add and we will check this issue on a priority basis.
