  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories and set Category archive robots meta to noindex as shown below:
    IMG

You can also go ahead and navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc pages and enable Noindex Search Results, Noindex Paginated Pages and Noindex Archive Subpages as shown below:
    IMG

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

Thank you very much. Everything ok. After New Update, SEO bar disappear. It is an update error or only for me?

    Hi Masum,

    Thanks for the follow up.

I am glad that the first issue is resolved.
The second is quite unexpected since the metabox works smoothly on my end.
Please perform a hard refresh on your browser and also check whether the update might have triggered a conflict with one of your installed plugins by performing these steps: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Let us know how this goes. Thank you.

Is there any way to disable “Metabox” in RankMath Setting?
I am just clear browser cache and disable all plugin without rankmath. But the problem still exists.

Can you please provide previous RankMath Version Download Link?

    Hello,

I have shared the link on the sensitive data section. You can also make use of the following plugin to rollback: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/

Do you think you could share some access to your site before rolling back so that we can check this issue for you? You can include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Thank you so much for your appreciated support. I am just rollback on Version 1.0.27.4, and everything looks fine. It is your new update problem. But why this happened only with me, I don’t know.

    Hi Masum,

    Thanks for the follow up.

Could you please check whether your web server is running PHP 7.0 and not an older version of PHP? Kindly also check whether you are running an updated WordPress copy.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

Hi, may i set a canonical to example.com/page/2.

    the canonical is:example.com/page

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math once more.

Sure, if the page example.com/page/2 contains the main content for the page, you can set this page as the canonical tag.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

These options are no longer available with the present version of the plugin. Would you mind providing us another tutorial?
