I’m sorry but that is not terribly helpful. Google has looked at these pages and is reporting that the pages need fixing and they will then validate them again. They are not saying the pages cannot be found but that they have been set to noindex. Again searching the source code I found this:
<a class='ab-item' href='#noindex'>As NoIndex</a>
Could that have anything to do with it?

The <a class='ab-item' href='#noindex'>As NoIndex</a> code you see on your end is part of the admin dashboard so no search engine should be able to see that.
Since it is clear that the robots meta is already set to index, it could be that Google is reading an old version of that page where the robots meat is set to noindex. In this case, please clear your website cache and allow Google to crawl it again or you may follow the steps my colleague presented in the previous reply.
