Could you please ensure that you have turned off the No Follow External Links option under Rank Math > General Settings > Links

Can you please share any affected link from your website which you believe has the nofollow set on it?
Also, please try to clear your website cache and see if the issue goes away on your end.

Those are actually noreferrer/noopener attribute values. Rank Math doesn’t add these tags. You can test it out by disabling Rank Math plugin and you should notice those attribute values are still there.
To remove this, you may need to edit this on your post by editing in HTML and remove the no-referrer tag manually.
