If you’re saying that the external links are opening in a new tab, please double-check if the Open External Links in New Tab/Window option is enabled in your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Links > Open External Links in New Tab/Window.

Those settings only affect the links/content that is added from within the WordPress editor area.

If any content is present outside of the WordPress editor area, then the settings would not take effect.

Since AdSense links are added using JavaScript, Rank Math would not apply any setting on them.
