For initial troubleshooting, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After doing so, kindly check if the URL is now added to the sitemap page.

we have updated the sitemap cache as requested in your point #1 and add the code below for wp rocket
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
however, this did not change our sitemap for this url

I’ve checked your sitemap settings, and it seems that you have not enabled the Include Empty Terms option in Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Product Categories:

Upon enabling that, the link you have shared is already showing in your sitemap.
Please clear your website and browser’s cache if it’s still not included on your end.
